Hello and welcome to Hellcat Hotspot!
This forum is for psychobillies everywhere. Even if you're not a psychobilly, don't be afraid to drop by. We won't hurt you (unless provoked... )
This forum is run by ~*SubculturalGirl*~, aka Zoe. She is the administrator as well as a forum moderator, so basically whatever she says goes. Don't disrespect her, don't ignore any warnings you may get from her, and just basically make sure you're nice to her. As the site expands, ~*SubculturalGirl*~ may appoint moderators in the future. These moderators (or "mods") have the same authority as ~*Subcultural Girl*~ and have every power short of permanent bans.

Aha, I'm glad you asked.
You will recieve a warning from a moderator (or~*SubculturalGirl*~) if you violate any of the following rules:
1. No pornography. There is a difference between pinup girls and pornography. Here at Hellcat Hotspot we don't mind--hell, we even encourage photos of pinup girls. But pornography is a no-no. Basically, if we can see nipples, it's out. And don't be smartassed with, "Well, you can't see nipples but you can see this guy's peen." Use your common sense, folks.
2. No public attacks. You could say "Someone on HCHS is a whiny cunt." But you could NOT say, "~*SubculturalGirl*~ is a whiny cunt." Get what I'm saying? Let's fight clean here, people.
3. You may post links to R-Rated websites, as long as a) you alert people as to what it is first and b) it does not contain porn. I can't stress this enough.
4. Possibly the most important of the rules: NO NETSPEAK!
Good: Hi! I'm new on HCHS. Would you be my friend?
BAD, BAD, BAD: h1 1m n3w wud u b mah fr3nd?
Good capitalization, punctuation and grammar are strongly encouraged.
5. No spamming/flooding of the forums. Do not simply make a post that says nothing except "Hi" or anything like that. And keep the topic you are posting relative to its forum.
And please only post your topic a maximum of once per day. We heard you the first time.
"Well, what happens if I get a warning but I ignore it?"
Also a good question.
You have three strikes. If you get warned three times within a four-week period, you will be banned for thirty days. If you are discovered to have logged on with an "alter" (alternative account) then your ban will be increased to sixty days. If you still choose to ignore your ban and attempt to log on once again the administrator will ban your IP address and you will be permanently banned.
Alters, by the way, are allowed, so long as they are not used to violate a ban.
These rules exist solely to make Hellcat Hotspot a better place for all users. Enjoy your stay!
